“Not recommended”
We do not recommend this hotel. We found most staff rude and unhelpful on a number of occasions. One member of staff was very argumentative when we raised a concern that they served cold coffee in the lounge area. We were told to heat it up in a microwave and be happy because ‘it was free.’ The coffee was cold on both nights which indicates that this was not a ‘one off.’ The rooms were adequate but not well cleaned. We have travelled extensively and found this hotel to be substandard.
“Staying at Leonardo made our trip more beautiful!”
Pretty, clean, nice people. Location was great. We were happy to spend the evening around there. Places to eat, drink and one night we went to a great concert. I also liked the view of the street from the balcony door.
It’s hard to find something I didn’t like. Maybe … too much brown.
“Standard Spanish breakfast — nothing to complain about. Free water available at the reception. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi work well. The hotel is not far from the Canal metro station, and the city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. · Cons: The single room is extremely small, and the furniture is rather dated. The name 'Boutique Hotel' does not seem appropriate. The hotel is located on a relatively quiet street, but the room walls are too thin.”

“Not what I expected.”
Not sure who feels the staff here are friendly! I have stayed here twice and the staff are rude and need training. Rooms need to be cleaned and dusted better. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, noisey rooms, rooms tiny to move around and designed badly. Basically every person needs to do a better job, we don’t stay here for free we pay good money, and staff need to make an effort to smile and be approachable. No hospitality or helpfulness, the room phone does not get answered have to come to reception to speak to staff. Won’t be back.
“Satisfied”
It was clean, it has whatever you need and the location suits me very well also we could leave our suitcases there after our stay for free.
A bit to noisy after 8am
“Nice!”
