We booked a comfort room for one week. There was nothing comfortable about this room (310)

To be improved

The room was not much bigger than a cupboard and had no balcony. My wife had no where to hang her dresses. We immediately asked for a refund so that we could move somewhere else. Unfortunately we were informed that it wasn’t the hotels policy to refund. We will never go to this hotel again.

Nice pool and great location. Sunbeds comfier and much less busy than the neighbouring Tomir.
