Leonardo Hotel Barcelona Las Ramblas

I had a truly wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel Las Ramblas in Barcelona and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. What really made this stay exceptional was the incredibly guest-oriented service at the front desk. Every member of the reception team was fast, professional, and efficient, always ready with a smile and a solution whenever needed. A special thank you to Mr. Marc and Mr. Joseph, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a big difference. During my first two days, I experienced some muffled music noise in my room. I mentioned it to the front desk, and the team handled it immediately and very professionally. They quickly arranged a room in a different part of the hotel, which solved the issue completely. It was impressive how efficiently and smoothly they took care of it. The hotel amenities are great, and everything is well maintained and comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool deck is currently being renovated, so I didn’t get to enjoy it this time—but that just gives me a good reason to come back! Overall, this was a fantastic stay thanks to the outstanding staff and great service. I will definitely be recommending Leonardo Hotel Las Ramblas and look forward to returning on my next visit to Barcelona.

Nice hotel in a great location, close to everything. The room was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially loved having a double balcony — it was beautiful, great for photos, and added a lot to the stay. The only downside is the location when it comes to cars. The area is difficult for taxis to reach, and it was a bit frustrating trying to get picked up or dropped off. Service was okay overall, nothing special but good enough. Overall a pleasant stay in a very central spot, and I would stay here again if I wanted to be right in the heart of Barcelona.

Good location. Several good restaurants and a market within very close walking distance. Pretty good breakfast. Internet worked well.

Staff was super helpful, it was an excellent location. Right on La Rambla, minutes walk to the gothic quarter. Cleaning, and the pool is salt water!
