The best

Everything was wonderful. I was particularly happy, because the cleaner found some Beats Headphones that were left by the previous guest and didn’t take them. Instead she left them there thinking they were ours.

To be improved

The shower was a bit mouldy and the vent and hair dryer didn’t work. But we asked for another hair dryer and was given to us within minutes.

The best

The perfect home base for your time in Madrid. Leonardo Hotel Madrid City Center was, as the name infers, centrally located, well-run, clean, and well-appointed. Walk to the Prado, el Mercado de San Miguel (pro tip: go hungry), and Retiro Park, among other places. We booked a small room, but oh, that view! Comfy bed, too! We will definitely be back.

Was clean, rooms are smaller than pictures but still as good as other Leonardo hotels

To be improved

Night Staff and morning staff, both being rude and sigh every-time i ask for anything, like I arrived to this hotel to annoy them rather than to stay in a room.
