This was by far the worst check-in and stay I’ve ever experienced. Here’s a breakdown of the problems: 1. The address listed on both Booking.com and Google was wrong, leading to major confusion and delays. 2. I was not informed that the keys had to be collected from a location 1 km away, which was completely inconvenient and unprofessional. 3. The building was under construction, something that was not disclosed in the booking. 4. The host’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional. When I called to address the issues, she rudely responded, “Now what is the problem?” and dismissed my concerns, saying, “There are worse things than waiting.” 5. It was nearly impossible to communicate with the host as English was not an option in most cases, causing further delays. 6. While checking out at 9:00 AM, the place to return the keys was closed. We tried texting and calling the host, but received no response.
