the inside needs updating particularly the bathrooms. outside shower doesn’t work properly. bug screens needed on shutters/windows. property feels slightly unloved.

Parts of the property are tired and required renewing to reflect the 2k+ cost for the week: Main bathroom bath & shower facilities are very old, aged bath, dirty grout, worn silicone and a faulty shower head. Outside Shower - Broken toilet seat and slow draining shower Exterior Furniture - Tired / Dirty cushions on dining table and patio chairs Only one parasol for 6 sunbeds Dishwasher is in need of replacement, it is ineffective and the dish drawers have begun to rust. The property wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived. We travelled with our three year old and weren’t happy with the stairs in the property in the absence of a child gate and the arrangement of the landing. We ended up taking a mattress off a spare bed and putting it on the floor of our main bedroom to ensure his safety in the night. The directions from Nord Villa caused us issues and we spent over 45 minutes trying to find the property, in the dark at 10:30pm on a Saturday night. EDIT - My mum fell ill on the way home, after being admitted to hospital with Pnumonia - Legionairres disease was diagnosed. A full report has been provided to local environmental health who believe the outside shower head was likely to blame. (35c+ Heat and a rarely used outside shower), which my mum showered in everyday.
