We choose location to be near to airport, beaches, supermarkets so eveything was at same proximity.

To be improved

For my personal standards, bed was too hard and towels seemed bit used, not clean, so I needed to wash them again.

We didnt end up staying here because our booking was not in the LetMalagas system after being confirmed on Booking.com. We did get reshuffled to other apartments, first was bad but in a good location, other was good. Associate was reasonably helpful.

To be improved

Our booking had not added to LetMalaga system. You need to fix this for future customers or there will be more headaches like we had where we had to move to multiple places.

Big apartment with good facilities like kitchen. Staff was very helpful everytime I wrote them. Close to the metro station so easy to move around.

To be improved

I would renovate some things like the shower, would paint the wall in the living room… would make it to feel even more like home.

The best

The property seems to be new, has an elevator, has security code to enter the building and your own apartment. Seemed like a safe place! Also every room is separated from the other, apart from the kitchen and living room. The living room has TV. The apartment has wi-fi for free and works properly. Has fridge and was clean.

To be improved

APT complains: 1. Very dirty walls and floor 2. No coffee machine on the kitchen, just dirty plastic kettle 3. Kitchen basin was dirty like it wasn’t cleaned after used 4. Room and living room walls & floor very dirty as well 5. Only one small desk instead of two in the room by the bed 6. No full mirror in the whole place, all the apartment has only 1 small square mirror at the toilet, impossible to dress up for a meeting and see your full self 7. No single carpet in the whole apt making it not cozy or comfy, we can even hear everything louder because it’s very empty 8. No towel hanger in the toilet or anything to place toiletries and also the basin drawers were full of dust inside 9. Only 1 soap & handwash/shower gel and nowhere to put them while showering. Had to place it on the floor 10. Impossible to shower without getting the toilet floor all flooded. They have half the shower protected by a glass, but if shower is on, all the water goes outside. Makes absolutely no sense. 11. The mop and broom as well as dustpan were inside the small toilet and with dirt on it. It’s impossible to have a pleasant moment like this. 12. The kitchen utensils were not well cleaned/washed. It was disgusting. I had to wash everything before using. 13. Bed is not that comfortable and only has 2 pillows and no blanket, since it was winter period it was a bit cold. 14. No curtains so if you open the estores you have to be dressed for sure. 15. There’s a remodelling next door. 16. If the next door has a kid you can hear EVERYTHING. 17. Living room sofa bed seemed not cleaned nor comfortable. Insane that they had so many bad reviews and I wasn’t paying attention and giving a chance for them to be better since the complaints were from some months ago but clearly they don’t care. I also don’t understand why so many rules as you don’t provide the basic. The removing my own trash at the end makes no sense to me.
