The glass coffee table!!! Took up quite a lot of floor space. For safety we put it at the end of the sofa. Sadly there was no instructions for the use of washing machine. I understand we should all know but the machine is in Spanish, my wash sadly took 3 hours. So resorted to doing 15 min wash. Yes we then downloaded the machines instructions. Also no instructions for cooker/oven. My apologies, I use gas. I had no idea with the instructions on electric oven. I believe I may have toasted my potato, gave up. Instructions for these need to be available in other languages for easy reference. Ceramic tiled flooring, gets very dusty. The floor brush did not help to maintain, the use of a microfiber brush attachment would help but there was not one provided.

The lift is very small, hard to fit with the stroller (almost impossible for double kids size). No alternatives for storage outside the apartment.

It's a bit far out, in local neighbourhood, not touristy, not many restaurants, but bus into town close by and easy to use.

Sheets and towels never changed. Got email to say the housekeeper would be in usually around 11am to change beds and towels. When we arrived back there was a bag of clean laundry left so maybe we were expected to do it? I don't go on holiday to change beds! Air con only in lounge and main bedroom. I stupidly left a purse in a drawer with English money in it when we left. I messaged them, they asked which apartment, but never heard anymore. Patio doors don't lock so had to take valuables and passports with us when we went out. No personal contact. All done through email and a video showing where to find the key.
