To be improved

I have booked this apartment for my wife and daughter and they are dissatisfied with it and they had to leave on the second day of their stay. Apartment was dirty, damp and bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. My daughter contacted the property, shared photos of the apartment with them and they agreed to refund only 20% of the booking. This is not enough considering that my family spent in the apartment less than 24 hours as the apartment was a health hazard due to mold. They spent their first day searching for a new property which spoiled their first vacation day. We would like to receive compensation as property doesn’t fit the description on booking.com

The best

Really recommend this apartment! Very nice location! I would say just super! 2 steps away from the beach and restaurants, Carrefour just nearby, farmacy as well. All equipment needed for the stay.
