“Cosy, retro apartment with balcony and rooftop”

Great location. Lots going on. Comfortable. Had everything we needed, except a warm blanket. Rooftop area was a bonus. Furnishings were cool. Felt lovely being there. NB. Many flights of stairs (depending which room you get).

“Nice apartment on the edge of the historic district”

The best

I really like the apartment. The location is great and the apartment was comfortbale, clean, and well maintained. The little terrace and the view of the square added a nice touch.

To be improved

The check-in process was not smooth. We received an email asking to call a number to open the building main door. No one answered. We tried via WhatsApp as well as via regular phone. No answer. Thankfully, after trying multiple neighbors, someone opened the door so we were able to get to the apartment. The company called us back about 1.5 hours later. The mattresses were very hard, and the shower head did not stay up, making showering a bit difficult. Besides that, everything else was great!

Perfect location with bars, restaurants and a good supermarket within 1 minute walking distance. Having 2 en-suite bathrooms is a luxury.

Information and code was given in advance and Key was left out where advised Pickup from the airport was included. The location is perfect . Close to all nightlife. The Pub at the front door of apt was great fun and the people were so friendly and fun. Apt had aircon which was great in the 38 degs The apt was very basic but as advertised. The stairs to the apt were a challenge ... anyone that is not fit or has mobility issue needs to be aware of them. (No lift)

To be improved

There was no door on the upstairs bedroom .. No privacy at all .. Noise level from restaurant underneath went on some nights until 4am . as there was no door to block the sound it was quite loud. The door handle to the outside space was broken. There was nowhere to hang cloths in the upstairs bedroom. I would suggest a door is fitted to the upstairs bedroom ASAP. The blinds on the door to the outside space were in bad condition and need replacing ASAP. The skirting board was away from the wall with nails exposed . The door to the upstairs en-suite needs to be reversed as you are stepping out onto the staircase which is really dangerous. I would advise the hand rail to the upstairs bedroom be extended to the actual wall as that little gap a bit tricky. There was no complimentary water on arrival .. I would advise people who arrive late to get supplies before heading up the stairs.

Perfect location, short walk to the Alcazaba and Roman Theatre. Apartment had everything we needed, is well decorated and spacious.
