“A small but comfortable room located in a great place within Madrid, perfect for solo travelers”

The best

This hotel was in a really good location for everything we wanted to do in Madrid. It was within a ten minute walk of different meeting points for tours, was within 2 minutes from the nearest metro station, and there was a flamenco restaurant nearby as well. Compared to other hotels similarly located, this one had the best value while still being a nice hotel. Just know that the rooms are small. It worked perfectly for me because I like to have my own room while traveling anyway, but it would be cramped for even a couple to stay there.

To be improved

I wish there was some kind of breakfast included with the hotel stay, but they do have a little coffee shop attached to the hotel and you can get a pastry and a coffee for 5 euro which ends up being a quick, not too expensive way to have breakfast before you head out. The bathroom was cleaned every day, but there was a strange smell that came from it that I assume came from the pipes that would show up in the late afternoon and evening everyday. If I flushed the toilet a few times in a row it would go away for a while. Not sure there was anything the hotel could have done about it anyway, but given the small size of the room, the smell would dominate quickly.

“Modern, Clean and above and beyond customer service”

The staff here went above and beyond. Very friendly and evening calling a cab to the airport. This hotel is perfect for a layover it’s smaller ideal for business . Modern and clean! Definitely recommend
