“Great position we can walk to Catherdal in 4 mins good outdoor space”
The best

Bosch meet us and let us in . he was very helpful in communication all our visit. Great position just 5 min walk we could see towers of cathedral from out door balcony and metro buses very near. Space we were party of 4 adults was limited but great terrace with table chairs outdoor washing machine and great outdoor brick bbq with view of city. In area within 3 min walk supermarket great coffee pastries shop and nice tapas bars . We arrive in a heat wave so bedroom had ceiling fans not ac . Lounge kitchen basic very clean but we recommended new toaster few other things to owner who was very helpful.

To be improved

Bedding was not great quality Kitchen need more glasses and better quality equipment but we used bbq and outdoor terrace each evening was good outdoor space. Bathroom very small and no full length mirrors Great position needs general upgrade for price charged.

The best

Location was very near the metro and several bakeries (for morning pastries). However, if you're looking for a busier neighborhood closer to attractions, etc., this isn't it. The host met us and helped get us situated. The balcony was lovely. Sofa and chars in living area were comfortable. Easy access.

To be improved

Barcelona is expensive and this place is comparatively reasonable. But there were issues: If you want a place that's no-frills, this is it. Nothing in the cupboards. We had no instructions for anything in the unit and nothing about the area/restaurants except for what the host told us the first night, which was limited to 1 restaurant and a couple of bakeries. Toaster was broken (we didn't report it). 2nd bedroom bed was lumpy per our daughter. VERY light in the AM - sheer curtains - if you can't sleep in sunlight, that could be an issue

The best

Location is good - quiet, good neighborhood, only about 100 meters from subway, bus stops to all directions are couple minutes away. The apartment is clean, very quiet, all you might need is there, the host was replying very quickly - we felt like very dear guests :) the coffee shop downstairs has very good coffee, Mercadona is couple blocks away

To be improved

Maybe just a little shelf inside the shower cabin to put the bottles on ;-)
