No air con . Ventilation is not enough for the heat that is outside . Keeping windows open at night is not an option due to noise from outside and mosquitoes. The hair drier is not working . The floors were not clean upon my arrival. I swiped floor and it was with dust and dark curly hair . Also the cooker in kitchen is dangerous - it’s operated by bottled gas and something is wrong- smell was too strong and flame was burning very dangerous. Have contacted the management company and Booking too.

Some bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom may be locked based on the number of people you choose, which is strange. Also, the property collects tourist fees and a deposit outside of booking.com's system and that feels a little shady. The furniture is basic and the cleanlinesses could be improved. The bathrooms doesn't have drainage outside the bathing area, which is always a big issue. Please mind that none of the 5 rooms has AC, if you're coming in the summer you probably should avoid the place. You need data connection to enter the building.

It could have been cleaner, including the floors and cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom; kitchen utensils and cooking equipment were in a state of disrepair/overuse, and the gas stove setup was not reliable; the shower in the main bathroom lacked a sealed water barrier (allowing water to spray all over the floor)

Complicated check-in and a 50€ security deposit in case of property destruction. I felt like I was in a game of Fort Boyard when unlocking the rooms. There is no air conditioning, just fans. The bathroom with a shower is small, the one with a bathtub on the other hand doesn't have a shower screen all the way to the bathtub so there is water all over the bathroom. You can use the kitchen, but if you don't clean it up and take out the garbage, you will be charged. That's a practice you're used to on Airbnb, not Booking.
