The location of the property is fantastic. And the staff that you do see on occasions are lovely & very helpful.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, other than it would have been to have had fresh towels & bedding dropped in. I had to use the same ones for the 5 day duration.

Perfect location to see Barcelona - walking distance from many tourist attractions and public transport easily accessible. Generally a quiet area with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. · Cons: Minor thing, but it sould have been nice if the room could have been serviced while we were there. The building felt like a hotel but not quite the same level of service in my opinion.”

Any staff we did encounter seemed friendly and nice.

Alot of things, the room wasn't very clean. Gum stuck on the floor, broken tile in the bathroom which could cause injury to a foot, no hot water in one of the showers, uncomfortable bedding, no actual balcony despite it being listed with one (you couldn't sit on it). Extremely expensive for the quality.
