“Perfect place to stay while in Bilbao”
The best

The location is perfect, it is very close to the old town, train station and shopping complex. The Libere app was very intuitive and made the whole check-in, check out, opening doors (both entrance and apartment doors) very easy. The apartment is surrounded by multiple restaurants but is surprisingly nice and quiet. We didn't hear any noises. The apartment is spacious for two adults and two young kids. The black out curtains were good, which allowed the kids to sleep in longer. The lift and washing machine with drying functions were a bonus. The staff were very responsive to our queries. Upon our arrival we received a welcome pack, which was very nice.

To be improved

The bed in the main bedroom is quite squeaky. No other issues noted. The apartment doesn't get much natural light but it's not an issue for us as we spent most of the day out and about

The best

Location is excellent. Place is clean and super cute. And the windows are really good sound proof. You get the benefit of being in a fun and happening area while still able to get good sleep.

The best

The room was modernly decorated with nice furniture and fixtures. We were a group of three but could have been four people comfortably. Walking distance to all of the attractions and train stations. Fully functional to cook there as well.

To be improved

Our bathroom door was very difficult to close and made a lot of night so during the night we could not close the fort when we went to the bathroom.
