Very nice apartment directly opposite the Guggenheim. Nicely appointed and very clean. Great service from Libere who helped with parking and were very professional.

To be improved

I wish we had been told that there is a congestion charge in Bilbao for our car. We only discovered after we left and had to rush to register our car. This could have been included in the apartment/booking info.

“Convenient location and clean apartment”

The best

The apartment met our needs for our one night stay. For our family of four, it was a tight squeeze. We weren't in the apartment very much so it was not an issue when we had to inch past the pullout sofa to get to the kitchen area. The staff were very communicative and answered my questions very promptly. There were nice Welcome kits with snacks and drinks that were a really nice touch. Wi-fi and TV worked fine for the short stay. It was nice having AC in the unit since it was pretty warm the day we were in Bilbao. Location was great for the Guggenheim and there was public transportation nearby to get to the Old Town part of Bilbao.

To be improved

The elevator is SLOW! There is a note explaining that it is slow for a reason, but I can't believe the explanation. There was some hallway noise, but we weren't bothered.
