The staff. Receptionist were super welcoming and friendly.

To be improved

It's located on a busy road and hotel has a poor noise isolation. On top of that water used by above guess makes loud sound. So every time someone goes toilet, takes shower it sounds like plane landing. The rooms are simple. Old, stuffy wardrobes and no shelves or stool in a bathroom to put things on.

“Location was great--literally a 60-second walk from the cathedral, on a charming square right in the heart of everything in the old town. As a result, it was loud, but with the windows and shutters closed we still slept fine, especially since there were two fans in the room that provided cool air and white noise. The room was really small, a little hard to get around in. The lady working was very nice about answering questions and booking an early morning taxi to the airport.”
