1. the service lady showed us a wrong entry to the garage, which was very stresfull at 1 o'clock at night with children in the car and a rented car which I had to finally leave on the street. 2. the service lady told us the wrong gate code and I couldn't get to the flat one night (the other side gate to use at night) 3. something was wrong with the door lock (in the middle of the night) and a serviceman had to repair it the next day...at least he was so nice and showed me the right entrance to the garage 4. there is NO WI-FI in the flat, so the flat description lies, wi-fi is only at the swimming pool but not on the second floor where the flat is situated 5. toaster is not suitable for use - smoke is coming out. 6. hot water is only for one bath or one dishwashing 6. and finally the worst - the HOST - who was rude and called me after my stay and on the phone told me off what a mess I left in the flat - I left some dishes to wash and to segregated garbage bags (before the stay he charged 80 EUR for cleaning). He was extremally rude and he finished his speech (as it wasn't a conversation at all) and hung up!!! OMG never in my life have I experienced so bad flat service. Please STAY AWAY from this apartment.
