The best

Location, a few steps from the ocean and services (beach, shops, etc.). Apartment, complete with all sorts of facilities. House owner, super kind and available to give directions and help.

To be improved

Technically nothing. There is very few available parking in the area, but it's not a problem of the apartment per se, it's a general issue for Tenerife, most likely. I mean, there actually is parking but it's always full :-) If you are only into sea and beaches and/or move with bus then no problem at all.

The complex was excellent. Balcony was great, south facing. Very spacious and well equipped apartment in the town centre and minutes from the beech. Very comfortable bed too.

“Nice relaxing stay near to facilities”
The best

Great location near to bars, shops, and restaurants. Room is nice and bright. Balcony overlooking the pool area. Basic facilities are enough for a week’s holiday. Enough utensils to cook meals.

To be improved

Need a welcome pack and also an information pack would be useful. Had to contact owner for details for entry code to apartment block which could easily be put into a small information pack. Bit dated and tv needs to be upgraded to a smart tv.
