“Horrendous”
The best

On my arrival around 10:30 pm, I found that the electronic code for the lock did not work. Apparently, there were refurbishment work in the apartment block and electric cables were disconnected. Lightbooking were not aware and were not available to support with the issues as 10:30 was too late for them to work. Eventually a passer who lived in the same building let me in around 1 am. Then I encountered exactly the same problem with the flat. Stay away from this company.

“Exceptional”
The best

It's a very big apartment! It's very new and it has everything you need to live in Granada for a few days. I also liked the location, above a pastelería and near the Plaza de Toros with lots of great tapas bars.

To be improved

It felt impersonal, everything was managed from the app, I didn't meet anyone. It was convenient though, and everything in the app worked fine!
