Location is ideal with restaurants, chemist, supermarkets abundant and beaches close...150m. Regular busses to and from the airport...€7....stop 200m. Flat is small, but enough for one or two with the enclosed very private roof terrace. Flat was clean, and entry was fine once used to the code locked doors. Owner let me in one hour early, which helped following a long time travelling. Kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove top. Not 4 star but adequate.

To be improved

Noisy downstairs neighbours. 50 steps to the flat, so it's not ideal for the infirm, but I think from the comments, people should already be aware and not complain afterwards. Otherwise...fine...I'm 62 but fit. Very private rooftop terrace has winter sun until 1 pm only from about 9 or 10 am....but hey, it was winter. Waited nervously for a week to get €150 deposit back, but I did get it back as I left the place as I found it...clean. Flat needs an upgrade... peeling paint, etc, but otherwise it's fine...for what it is. Overall...fine.

The best

Location is great. Access to two beaches within minutes. Supermarkets.....Cafe...restaurant...ferry to other parts. Apartment was clean and fresh. Plenty of bathroom and beach towels. Everything worked fine. Small balcony overlooking the street and sun up to 3pm. Good communication with the management. Everything fine.
