“Amazing flat, everything new and well equiped. We noticed there was a first aid kit in the apartment – thankfully we didn’t need it, but it’s a thoughtful detail that shows how much Giacomo cares about the well-being of his guests. Location is also super good.”

“Clean, comfortable, and an awesome spot!”

For 3 nights this place was perfect for me and my three friends, super clean, beds are nice, AC is great, kitchen is awesome, and only a 5-10 minute walk from shops! There is also a supermarket that’s probably a 3 minute walk from the place. Overall great spot, clean, and friendly!

Our stay truly surprised us in the best way possible! The location was perfectly fine, offering easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was very clean, with plenty of space for everyone, and having two bathrooms with showers was incredibly convenient

To be improved

The only minor point to consider is that the hot water is supplied by a boiler, which meant it took a while to heat up, especially when we were a larger group

“Stylish apartment with wheelchair access.”

The best

The apartment with disability access was ideal for me as a wheelchair user. It has ramp access, wide doorways, and an ensuite bathroom with level access shower. The stylish and clean 2-bedroom apartment had everything we needed. The location is quiet and convenient, being close to mini-markets and just a 12-minute walk from the centre. Most evenings we took a bus from the marina or Alameda Principal to Compás de la Victoria, which is only 4 minutes’ walk to the apartment. The host was excellent, very responsive and helpful, raising the bed for a hoist before our arrival. The street entrance has a short, steep ramp, and the host was planning to provide a longer ramp to make access easier. The apartment is located 120m along a street with about a 1 in 20 slope, which was no problem with a powered wheelchair. I would choose this apartment again.

To be improved

While the living area has enough room for wheelchair manoeuvres, it is compact. But overall it is a great place to stay and wonderful that the owner chose to make it wheelchair accessible.
