“Great place, recommend it.”

The best

The place was great and very clean. The location is nice and close to some attractions, but with good access to public transport. The last day we had to change rooms, with some additional people arriving to the hotel and the staff was very helpful in this process.

To be improved

The only bad thing is that if you arrive earlier there is no reception/place to leave your bags.

“Frustrating and disillusionment.”

The room was fine, clean and comfortable.

The fact there is no staff on sight and the system for reserving the room, receiving codes and inability to deal with the hotel easily or efficiently. If this type of hotel system is the way of the future, God help us all. We are fools to accept this impersonal type of service. Avoid!!

The window did block road noises properly, and you can hear cars passing nearby during night, can prevent sleeping. There was also a fake fire alarm that ran for 1 hour in 8AM until they turned it off, disturbed us a lot and was not nice to wake up with that kind of noise

Take the following rant as a grain of salt. If everything goes as planned, there won't be, in principle, any issues staying here. For us it was an anxious check-in experience. Check-in was at 3pm but due to problems with our flight, we were tired and needed to check-in earlier or leave the luggage somewhere. Because there is no staff at the location, we had to request early check-in through the app. Unfortunately, this was not possible to do due to our short notice. This was to be expected. However, after calling for support it was not possible to even open the building's door to sit on a couch to rest nor there was a place to leave our bags. Their proposed alternative was to pay for lockers in a different location which required another taxi to get there, which is also impractical given we are travelling with a toddler. The lack of empathetic customer support (not the agents fault, but their policies), the inflexibility and the lack of locking facilities is something they need to put attention to. We'll never repeat.
