Great location, quiet neighborhood near public transportation, supermarkets, restaurants, laundry. Had the basic amenities you need. Looks just like the pictures. Staff was readily available to assist through WhatsApp and email at all times.

Wifi was spotty at times, my streaming device would often freeze.
