“I liked the suite; it looked just like the photos—safe and comfortable. · Cons: My flight was at 6 AM, and unfortunately, there was no one available in the limehome service to assist me with getting a taxi. The night before, I had sent an email asking for guidance, but I was informed that they do not share any phone numbers and that I should use the online apps instead. The online taxi apps also did not accept my requests. This was the worst experience I have ever had in getting to the airport. Ultimately, I decided to walk to the airport bus stop on a rainy and frightening night—a long and difficult journey, especially with my luggage.”

Great location close to Guggenheim museum and area visiting sites of Bilbao. Quite neighborhood

Extremely hot room that offers no air conditioning. The sofa bed has a very thin mattress that is not comfortable.

“Nice clean place, in a good location, on the small side”

Checking in , in advance was simple. You need to install an app. You get the code on the day of arrival. Location is good, between main areas and football stadium. Room was clean, kitchen equipment was enough.

To be improved

It’s a small room, 2 adults and a child would only be for a few nights.
