The attention to the very little things like a laundry pods ready for use, washing up liquid and oil, vinegar, salt and pepper provided in the kitchen as well as a selection of tea bags and coffee capsules.

To be improved

This is just a suggestion: having something in the bathroom to be able placing toiletries and similar things on would be a great addition.

“Perfect stay, except for delay for check-in.”

I was standing outside the hotel for an hour, waiting for my access code. The chatbot was not helpful. I finally found a phone number, after that I had my access code within a minute. After that everything was fine.

“Clean tidy and comfortable room with easy metro access everywhere”

Code for door and room was sent to me before arrival. There are no reception facilities so this is the only way. Room was quiet, modern, nicely appointed. It’s not a hotel it’s serviced rooms

To be improved

It is what it is. Not a tourist area. The old city was very busy. This is much more relaxing; metro at Cuzco is a 5 minute walk then 15 to the old city in the train
