I liked the location only of the property

Staff weren’t helpful in resolving an issue I had. I had issues with the washing machine which they replaced with a dirty machine that stained my white clothes with black spots.

“Well located and well equipped unit but not for light sleepers.”
The best

The unit is located very close to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, meaning most of Madrid’s main things are within a good walking distance. The place has a well equipped kitchenette and is well organized with the divided living room and bedroom. There is an elevator if you need that.

To be improved

The unit is just one level above several bars which remain open most of the night. It can be very difficult to sleep.

Well-organized space, equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom. Perfect location, shower amenities and drinks. Washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. Comfortable sofa, large TV.

To be improved

It's a very small bed, suitable only for one person or two very thin girls. I was with my mother, and I fell off the bed a couple of times.
