Good location, there was a lift in the building, lovely apartment. Comfortable bed. Good facilities. Good communication. Really handy being next to a Carrefour express

The best

Great location, easy access to multiple train stations. Very clear check-in instructions. Amenities including dishwasher and dryer washing machine were useful. I’m very pleased with the entire experience in this apartment.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Very comfortable stay.

To be improved

Having to use their website for the check in and communication when we booked through booking. It was annoying and clunky. Would be easier if they sent check in information through booking. They also had a cyber attack and data leak which makes you concerned about sharing your passport information.
