“We liked everything very much. We booked a room 3 hours before arrival and forgot to specify that we needed a cot, but were pleasantly surprised that it was already in the room when we arrived. Everything is very clean and beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a laundry room in the house. The location of the apartments is very convenient, next to the metro, which takes you to the airport in 20 minutes, and a bus stop. The store is just under the house, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and even a market. Walking distance to the center and the beach is 15 minutes. We will definitely stay here again”

“Location, comfortable and facilities · Cons: Check-in Experience Was Very Disappointing – Ruined Our First Day We were very disappointed with the check-in experience at this accommodation. While the listing stated that check-in is from 15:00 and that early check-in might be possible from 13:15, we received no clear communication or response from the host when we tried to ask for an earlier check-in. We arrived in Málaga on an early flight from Ibiza at 08:30, carrying all our luggage, and unfortunately had to spend the entire day waiting outside in the street with no access to any indoor space, air conditioning, or a place to rest. There was no offer of help, no storage option, and no effort to make us comfortable. Check-out is at 11:00, so the apartment should have been ready well before 15:00, yet we were left with no answers and no support. As a result, we were completely exhausted by the time we finally checked in and ended up sleeping the whole day, which ruined our plans in Málaga. The lack of hospitality and basic communication made this a very frustrating experience. A bit of effort or transparency would have made a big difference.”
