“Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I booked based on the photos and description that suggested a spacious balcony, but upon arrival, I found that the reality was completely different. The balcony was either non-existent or extremely small — a clear case of misleading information. What made things worse was the customer service. The staff I spoke with were unprofessional and lacked basic customer care skills. None of them showed any willingness to resolve the issue, and when I asked to speak with a manager, they clearly avoided the request. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes me wonder how they would handle a serious problem.
