“Perfect Location, roof top terrace, lovely modern apartment, very clean. · Cons: Unfortunately the aircon in the bedroom didn’t work efficiently which meant for a very unpleasant night with not much sleep, and the toilet flush didn’t work but aside from this a beautiful apartment.”

“Good location and large clean unit”

The best

The unit was huge with a great washing machine. It was very central to everything and very clean. When we had a problem with the air conditioning, they responded quickly.

“Wonderful!”

The best

The location was ideal and contactless entry was a breeze, plus it was great being able to come and go as we please without needing a key. The apartment itself was clean, quiet and very spacious.

To be improved

The bathroom fan did not work and there was no where to hang bath towels, also it was hard to keep water in the shower. It would have been nice to have more hangers in the closet (thankfully I brought my own) and a small shelf if the bathroom (perhaps over the toilet) could be a great addition.

“Great flat to stay- modern and clean in the city center.”

The location and size of the flat are fabulous. The apartment is equipped with everything needed to feel like a home away from home. The location is truly unbeatable, just a short distance from the main attractions. We forgot the code to enter the building/flat and couldn't find it anywhere in the correspondence, so we had to call customer service. The person on the phone was very friendly and helpful, resolving the issue in just two minutes. We were very happy with the experience, especially since it was our first time staying in a serviced apartment.

The bathroom floor was slightly flooded, and there was no iron—or perhaps I just couldn't find it."
