“Not up to expectation of photos and serious breach of confidential personal information”
The best

Size of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. Good kitchen equipment including salt pepper and oil. It was also easy to get into town with a direct bus.

To be improved

The sink was choked up and took a long time to drain. The swimming pool was definitely not as clean as the pictures suggest with visible dirt underwater and moss on the side. Lastly, I was not happy that my personal information including name and booking dates were not kept confidential. Scammers with a Brazilian number impersonated staff from this hotel and targeted me with clickbait. Although the staff were responsive and apologetic, this highlights a very serious security breach which I had not experienced in my decades of travel.

The door lock was not completely working, it could not be closed completely, meaning the door opened 2 cm even when locked.
