“Excellent cost benefit option in Seville for couples”

It’s a complete apartment, the swimming Pool and rooftop are very cool, good option for the heat in Seville.

To be improved

The kitchen was with a bad smeel, I could not identitify exactly what was causing it.

“Loved our stay thank you. The pool area was superb and we also enjoyed sitting on the lounge chairs on the roof terrace. We have been away travelling for a year and this rates amongst the best places we have stayed. We self cater a lot so the salt, pepper and cooking oil was just what we needed to do this. Well done.”

“Cons: A bit far from the center. They didn’t have a storage room to leave our luggage for few hours after check out, which was a bit inconvenient for us.”

“Des enjeux importants quant à l'obtention de produits et de services de base: changement de serviettes, papier de toilette, shampoing et vidanges. Après tout, nous étions là 5 nuits!!! L'établissement devrait prévoir naturellement ces approvisionnements sans qu'on n'ai a les contacter le matin... et attendre 48 heures pour être dépanné... parce qu'il y a personne sur place ! Aussi, nous avons eu de notre coté des enjeux d'internet avec notre fournisseur privé, Nous aurions alors souhaité un meilleur appui de leur part au téléphone pour nous assister... tout était compliqué! Par exemple, pour obtenir du papier de toilette, tu devais fournir, ton nom, ta durée de séjour, ton numéro d'enregistrement... (Il manquait juste ton numéro de passeport) tout cela pour du papier de toilette. Ridicule !!!! Rien pour nous aider réellement. Notre expérience avec un hébergement sans ressource sur place est certainement la dernière !”

Easy self check in. Well equipped kitchen. Sofa plus dining table for seating. Spacious room. Lovely rain head shower. Good mattress and pillows. Public transport close by.

Creaky bed. No instructions on how the aircon worked.

“Horrible place to stay in Sevilla!”

The description of the property and the pictures are very misleading. In reality the property is nowhere near to the downtown area. It’s in a working class immigrant neighborhood a half hour walk from tourist attractions with a cheap bar alongside and a Burger King in front and on a very busy and noisy thoroughfare. When we arrived the security touchpad on the front door was removed and the front door remained open all night with people roaming around all night. It was scary and definitely not a pleasant place to start a vacation in Sevilla!
