“Cons: The check-in process at this hotel is a real quest, it drove me hysterical. To check-in at the hotel, you need to have a computer or a phone of the latest generation and free permanent access to the Internet. The hotel is nice, but the pain of trying to check in and attempts to contact customer service ruined the whole impression.”

The apartment was well equipped.

To be improved

It was far away from the city center and from the beach area. Nothing is in the surrounding. There was no cleaning service during our stay.

The location is excellent—only 15 minutes from the Oceanografic and 40 minutes from the city center. · Cons: In some areas, there are certain damages on the walls and in the kitchen. The refrigerator is particularly damaged in the kitchen. We had issues with the toilet, but they were resolved within 2 hours, which is truly commendable.”
