The best

The room was spatious enough for 2 adults and 2 children, the beds good, clean, restaurants, pharmacy, fresh-fruits shop, bus station, metro, very closed.

To be improved

Maybe a closed poziționare to Oceanograf/hemisferic and science- city, but it was ok!

The best

The apartment was nice and clean. The host was very responsive and provided everything needed.

To be improved

The apartment was smaller than expected, the balcony also. Some things were placed higher and out of reach for shorter people.

“Check in was seamless. Room was light filled, modern and clean. Amenities and facilities were great and the room is designed to make best use of the space. Supermarket is very close, with lots of cafes etc surrounding. Walk to old town is about 15mins.”

“Ok, but a bit overpriced for what it is”

Nice terrace on the 7th floor.

To be improved

The hairdryer wasn’t working properly(only cold air) and when I messaged them to get a new one they told me that there is some buttons to regulate the temperature (like I was using hairdryer for the first time in my life 😂). Of course I’ve tried everything before contacting them. I got a new one about 1-1.5hrs after requesting it. The iron was hidden in the bed drawer which was a bit unexpected as I would never guess an iron would be found there.

“The hotel was in a really good location with lots of excellent local transport links. The room was pleasant, a good size, and the bed was comfy. · Cons: There is no one on sight to manage the property, and you always had to send a Whatsapp enquiry with any questions. We had to request extra bin bags, handsoap and toilet paper, which they did bring the next day, but it's a shame that there's no one on site to help. Out of the 7 night stay, 3 nights were ruined by our next door neighbors, who partied until 6am (!!) every night. We raised this every single night, but because there is no one on site, the hotel took no responsibility for trying to resolve it. We were told that they sent a text message the first night and they attempted to call them on the second day unsuccessfully, but I felt that was not enough. This wouldn't have been allowed had there been someone on site to deal with the situation. The kitchen could also have been better equipped for an apartment. There's no oven, and only 2 hobs, with no spare spices. There was also a washing machine, but no hanging facilities provided (line or stand), so you couldn't actually do a wash.”
