Best location , best staff i have seen in spain. Apartment is good size. The three bedroom apartment one of the rooms does not have air-conditioning. But it has everything great value for money. Going back for sure

Complaint about False Information Regarding Parking and EV Charging Station — Misleading Customers Dear Booking.com team, I am writing to express my deep frustration and file a formal complaint about false and misleading information listed on your platform for a hotel I booked in Barcelona. When I searched for hotels using the filters “parking” and “EV charging station,” your system displayed this property as matching my criteria. This was one of the key reasons I chose to book it. In reality: – The hotel does not have its own parking, – Instead, they direct guests to a distant public parking garage with which they supposedly have an agreement, – And most importantly, there is no EV charging station at that parking garage — despite what is promised on both Booking.com and the hotel’s own listing. I spent a lot of time trying to find this garage. It is extremely far from the hotel, has seven underground levels, and there are no charging stations on any of them. Meanwhile, there are three modern parking lots with EV chargers literally a few meters from the hotel entrance. But instead of directing guests there, the staff sends them to an outdated, narrow, and extremely inconvenient garage — which caused me a great deal of stress and wasted time. I was ultimately unable to charge my car and this disrupted my schedule. To make matters worse, when I returned to retrieve my vehicle — which had only been parked there for four hours — I was forced to pay a full 24-hour parking fee of €25, because the garage charges by calendar day, not by actual time. I was not warned about this in advance. The hotel could have at least provided a voucher or discount — I was told that they might be able to offer €8 off — but they didn’t even give me that.

“Ideal for Exploring the City on Foot”

Cozy, clean, and incredibly convenient! Our family-sized room had a beautiful view and felt spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were very knowledgeable and happy to share local recommendations—just ask, and they’ll point you in the right direction. The location is ideal, with everything you might need close by, including Passeig de Gràcia for luxury shopping and close to Gaudi buildings. There’s a metro station nearby, but we found ourselves walking everywhere or taking short taxi rides. A great stay all around!
