This hotel is a scam — a perfect example of how digital systems can work against people. Due to a technical error, I was charged twice, and neither the hotel nor Booking.com helped resolve it. The hotel simply refused Booking’s request for a free cancellation. I had to extend my stay in Pamplona just not to lose my money — and still got charged €90 for cleaning (for 4 days!). Total scam. Avoid.
