First, the apartments are exactly as you see in the pictures. The impression when you walk in is the same as when you see the pictures - beautiful design, spacious, bright, very clean, no foreign odours, new furniture and renovations. During the day it is bright from the sun and thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and in the evening - the apartment is beautifully lit. I liked everything. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need (even has a juicer and blender), new fridge, full set of crockery. The living room is spacious, it has a large comfortable sofa, beautiful mural on the wall, side round wooden table with candles, window has two lies curtains a thin curtain and thick blackout. The balcony has a corner ocean view, so I had a lovely breakfast there. The bedroom is small, quiet, cozy, very comfortable mattress (medium firm), clean white linen, comfortable pillows, large wardrobe with lots of hangers. The bathroom is quite spacious, has a new plumbing (w/o any problems) and beautiful mosaic floor. The towels are thick, clean and snow-white (in the wardrobe you also have an additional set of grey one).
The living-room window overlooks a rather busy street, but it did not bother me, the small window in bedroom overlooks the side building, so is more quietly.Wi-fi was perfect
Neighbors are great because I didn't hear them at all.
Very convenient location, 5 min to SuperDino and 8 min to Mercadona on foot, 5 min to the beaches of San Telmo and Martianez.
The owner is very friendly, always ready to help, you can text him in WatsApp on any problems. Also he will give you the list of restaurants and café is worth visiting. What I personally visited and can recommend is Casa Julian Balcon del mar. I arrived early in the morning and settled in immediately without any problems. As I understand, you can check in and out at any time, if the apartments are available, no extra charges.
