Lindo apartamiento Tivoli

Quite a few little things that were broken or damaged but not replaced. Two broken sunbeds ,the lamps on the veranda both hanging off the wall one worked the other didn't and a few bits of cutlery and plates broke or cracked.These were all pointed out the morning after arrival but never sorted in the 8 days we were there?

We liked everything about the property

I communicated our arrival time as usual as I have stayed in this apartment before and yet again we waited over 30mins for the key holder to arrive which is doable but not if you are over 90. There are bulbs out in the kitchen and have been since October last year. The loungers on the terrace are unusable as broken or missing bits, the chair's plastic is disintegrating and very sore on your arms so ended up covering them with towels. The bathroom door jammed locking me inside and the door handle to the main bedroom fell off. In the second bedroom I had to move the beds as there were hooks sticking out of the wall, dangerous. Because of this move it was obvious that neither the bed or bedside table had been cleaned behind in quite some time. Aslo wall has a serious damp problem whixh may have been fixed but the wall has not been attended too. No cleaning material were left as before for the bathroom and as our stay was 1 month I had to purchase them and clothes.

I am pretty mobile but to get to Main Street there are a lot of steps...downhill all the way but coming back up...a different story...although around the corner up the hill is a supermarket with good selection a Carrefour.
