“Good clean appartment at a good location.”
The best

The appartment was in a good central neighboorhood in Madrid, with nice bars and restaurants and near the metro so toplocation. It was nice and quit inside we had no noise from outside of neighboors. The airco was great and the appartment was cosy and clean. We also like the 2 available fridges in the kitchen. Overal a good experience.

To be improved

The entrance with code was easy but it was stated that there would be physical keys also once inside, however they were not inside but in a coded box just outside the appartment. It took us 3 days to get the code to that locked box, communication for that item was difficult. It's always good to have physical keys if your app does not work or such. Luckily we never needed the physical keys, but I consider this a minus point for lack in communication.

The best

Great location, two bedrooms with bathrooms made life easy. Air conditioning in each room and plenty of utensils for cooking.

To be improved

Confusing when arrived not knowing which apartment we were staying in. During our stay the the door to the apartment opened by itself randomly. Washing machine broke. Bathroom toilet was a bit smelly (sewerage)
