Great apartment and great location perfect for 3 friends who like own bedroom.

To be improved

Very little I didn’t like, but very sterile, we all were provided with a bed linen package and hand towel. Obviously it’s the policy that no trace of previous occupants are left, kinda like a few sugars and a bit of oil . Really can’t complain though great spot 🙌

The Agency were appalling. Wanted to charge €80 if we didn’t collect keys before 6.45. I had arranged for a friend to collect the keys and even sent a copy of her passport photo. I had emailed the agency 2/3 Days before our arrival to pay the balance and they told me it wasn’t necessary but to pay on arrival. As a result they wouldn’t release the keys to my friend and wouldn’t take my credit card over the phone. Definitely not acceptable. We had to rush to the office and then we were handed a ridiculous map to try and find the apartment. We should have been met at the premises and shown in. Very bad service and wouldn’t use them again.
