L’emplacement was praised, making it a strong point of the stay.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Not specifically mentioned but implied satisfaction with overall offering.
Seemed fair considering the location and overall experience.
Sanitair en keuken waren goed, but the lack of basic amenities and noise concerns detract from overall quality.
Basics are in place, but more could enhance the stay.
“Absolutely fine for our 2 night stay”
Easy ground floor access and parking.
Would have liked included internet , couldn’t work out how to operate the cooking hob .
“Conveniently located overnight or quickie weekend simple getaway”
There's no beating the proximity of this little studio to the beach: you can see it a block away from the front door, there's lots of parking (I was there mid-April, before the tourist season June thru Sept, so I parked for free right outside the front door) and the apt's entrance was the first door immediately inside the main door, street level, so very accessible if you have limited mobility—never more than a single step anywhere. It was very clean inside, and great for pets as there are lots of places to walk a dog. The beach itself is lovely, with a nice, well-paved promenade along the coast. In terms of the apartment, I appreciated that it was very clean, that Marcela who greeted me was very pleasant (although I don't speak Spanish, so it wasn't much more than a key hand-off), and that the fridge was nice and cold rather than having been just turned on at my arrival. There's a Mercadona and Lidl not far away.
This is unquestionably a place to simply park your head at night, to take advantage of the location and nothing more, great for parents with a young kid to sleep in the bunk above. A table available to position next to bed at bedtime would have been ideal (I used one of the 3 plastic dining chairs); very spare, not designed for anyone who isn't prepared to eat out, which was more of a challenge for me, given I was there off-season, but there's a decent restaurant, LB21 I think it's called, 10 minutes' walk north along the promenade, and my dog was permitted on the terrace. I was surprised that there was no hand soap in the bathroom, which is a very inexpensive and important feature to offer in my book, and no hand towels (nice soft bath towels though)—no toiletries of any kind but there is a hair dryer. Floor is concrete so bring slippers, if you need to! And there was no bedside light, or any way to turn off the overhead lights from bed; the only switch is next to the exterior door, out of reach. I was glad I had my iPhone torch to find my way to bed. But again, probably ideal for someone who wants to use it just for a place to sleep during high season. There's a mokia pot and a coffee pod machine (no coffee pods supplied), a few plates, cutlery and glasses (I had to stand on a chair to reach the glasses), but no bowls for cereal, e.g. Again, a place to park, essentially, to enjoy the beach.
