It was great that it was very close to the bus station, a supermarket and the sea. Also, it was quite close to the centre, maybe only 10 minutes away. We liked that there was everything we needed in the apartment, as well as a great balcony.

The impression of the beautiful island of Tenerife was ruined by the rude behavior of the landlord. It was an absolutely disrespectful and negligent attitude on the part of the landlord. We were offered to open the main doors using an electronic key activated via a link on a mobile phone. My wife and I were unable to open these doors. For two consecutive days, we had to wait by the main entrance for someone from the building residents to let us in. When we complained to the landlord that we could not freely access our accommodation, he replied that it was "our problem" that we could not use his links. If we didn’t like something, we could leave at any time, and supposedly, the rest of the money would be refunded. At the same time, he had promised us a physical key on the first day. He suggested that we go to his office ourselves to collect the key. We found it unreasonable to waste our precious vacation time on this. After several arguments and a lot of wasted nerves, we were finally given the key. I do not recommend dealing with them to anyone!

Very close to the bus station- great choice if you travel around the island by bus.
