Little Venice Apartment in Puerto de Mogan by El Sirocco

Pillows were well past their usable date - stuffing coming out of one. Furnishing generally tired. Only one teaspoon and no sharp knives other than a bread knife. Only one toilet roll left and no bin bags. The kitchen was built for a tall person as impossible and dangerous to sue the microwave or the top shelves if less than 5'8'' There was no translation of the instructions for the induction hob so very difficult if you do not have one normally.

Apartment was in need of updating. It was basic. No change of towels , bed linen or cleaning of Apt during 10 day stay.

The pillows need replacing, and some of the kitchen equipment was missing.

Very tired and uncared for property Peeling paint very rusty outside light only One very flat pillow per bed which needed throwing away plus dirty cushions on chairs Stains on paintwork and dirty sunbed No English speaking tv channels Stains in shower tray and washing sink and disgusting mould in soap dispenser of washing machine Not a very welcoming start to holiday

Very tired, especially bathroom and bedroom. Beds not very comfy

Dingy and lots of cockroaches- DIsgusting. I have requested a refund, but I’ve heard absolutely nothing.
