Let me start with the fact that the apartment is located on a very high mountain and on the third floor, which complicates everything even more. You can go in from the other side, but there are a million steps. The apartment is in an old building and is very old and has been in need of maintenance for a long time. There is no soundproofing at all, the neighbors' dog barked constantly, the parrot sang songs, and on the last day someone played the guitar in the morning. It was as if there was no cleaning at all. All the dishes were very dirty, there was a lot of hair and trash on the floor, the floor was also not washed. The sofas were sagging, smelly and dirty. Dust fell from the fan in the bedroom when I tried to turn it on. And it didn't work. The TV barely worked, there was interference. The bathroom sometimes had a stinky smell of old pipes, the toilet flushed by itself, sometimes in the middle of the night. The shower door didn't close well and the drain was clogged. The washing machine did not turn on and gave me electric shock. The shower head is very small and the water pressure is poor. The water itself changes temperature when you wash. The bed is small for two people, it was very cramped and the pillows have not been touched for a long time.

We booked for 4 guests and only the bed was made, so we had to do the sofa bed ourselves. The apartment is spacious and has a nice view but we didn’t find it worth the price.
