“It’s a large property it’s very comfortable to have space The kitchen is quite big also Bedsheets are super clean Rooms are dark thanks to the blinds which is much appreciated The cleaning lady was very nice when we couldn’t find a way to get into the apartment · Cons: Arriving into the flat was complicated it’s odd to enter into the middle door corridor and find a mess (cleaning supplies, boxes, etc) I would prefer to have a regular key I ran out of battery and I had to find a place to charge my phone in order to get into the building and the flat By the way, the main entrance to the flat lock didn’t work with the code. It was necessary always to use the app. The property looks nicer in the pictures”

The best

It was a great location and the AC was a MUST with summer heat in Valencia! We loved making our own meals and we had everything we needed to do so!

To be improved

The unlocking mechanism took some getting used to but after a day or two it was seamless.

The apartment had everything needed to have a nice stay. Location couldn’t be better if you’re looking to stay in city centre surrounded by good restaurants, shops, parks.

To be improved

The AC didnt work throughout the stay or even from before as informed by management. This made our stay very uncomfortable as it was already 35 degrees in the street. We couldnt sleep at night, it was cooler in the street than inside. We asked ti get it fixed but it wasn’t.

The best

The location is excellent, and we truly enjoyed the neighborhood—it felt lively and welcoming. We were traveling with our dog, and having the Turia Garden just nearby was a big plus for us. Everything we needed was close by, and the staff was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

To be improved

A couple of things to note: if the neighbors are loud, the sound can carry into the apartment. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t as cool as we would have liked, but we believe this can be easily resolved.
