Live La Laguna Gracia

- WiFi that was barely working so we had to use private mobile transfer as we came there also for remote work. If you are thinking about tele-work there I definitely not recommend. The assistance/ management of the apartment was not able to provide any compensation for us, they were only sorry... - ants on the kitchen counter - the toliet seat seemed to be too small for the toliet as it was always falling on our back - there was also issue with the moisture in the apartment, but I assume it can be a problem in whole La Laguna

Not perfectly cleaned. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

It is infested with cockroaches, there was a hole in the bedroom wall where the insects got in and out. The first days we could hear noises and had to sleep on the sofa. We later saw cockroaches in the kitchen as well among plates and cutlery. No reimbursement was given by the property

Mold in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink, cocroaches in the bedroom, host doesn’t have spare towels for us when the original ones smelled of mold, waste pipe in area where machine wash was looks damaged in one part. Thats why we smell unpleasant smell of feces in there.
