I am deeply disappointed with my stay at this apartment and feel compelled to report the unacceptable service and conditions we encountered. This review is directed to both the hotel administration and Booking.com, as we believe a refund is warranted based on our experience. Horrendous Customer Service The main issue was the appalling communication with the apartment administrator. Promises were made repeatedly but never fulfilled: Early Check-In Deception: We were promised early check-in, but when the cleaning was delayed, this was canceled without notice. Stolen Groceries: We asked the administrator to place 50€ worth of groceries (including food for a sick child) in the fridge to prevent spoilage due to the heat. She assured us this would be done. However, upon check-in at 8 PM, we found the fridge empty. No coffee or groceries were provided, despite repeated attempts to contact her. After three days of empty promises, we received only a fraction of our groceries back (valued at 10€). The most expensive items, such as specialty coffee and food for the sick child, were missing. Filthy and Unusable Amenities The apartment was in unacceptable condition: The kitchen was covered in grease, and the frying pan was unusable—food stuck and burned. The washing machine was filthy, and hair was found on the bedside tables. The bed was so saggy it felt like falling into a hole, and the sofa was molded. Electrical issues were constant—plugs blew repeatedly when using basic appliances. No instructions were provided, and we spent hours troubleshooting because the switchboard was hidden behind a painting. The administrator was unavailable in the evenings to assist. This level of neglect and lack of professionalism ruined our stay. It is clear that neither the administrator nor the property owner values their guests. We are urging Booking.com and the apartment administration to review this complaint seriously and issue a full refund for the appalling service. Avoid this place!

-Parking was hard to find especially on the weekend -Not enough toilet paper for a week for 3 people -no salt, oil, pepper

TV is not working.

Facilities need renovation: - slow filling of the toilet water tank, - weak water pressure in bidet, - quite small hot water tank, - electric kettle is leaking, - old beds, which wobble and squeak :)

Old, stained towels, had to go get the keys in a lock box 3 blocks away with very difficult instructions, and also, had to go up the stairs, narrow steps with luggage, no good, no elevator
