Worst stay of my life,would avoid at all costs! From the beginning everything looked shady, the property requested to know,when would we arrive, minute by minute. When we met with the man,whom let us in, he went to the middle of the living room with his shoes on. He took the damage deposit and asked not to trough anything to the toilet and left. Upon walking around the apartment, we saw black hair everywhere,from the floor to the bed sheets,which was disscusting. Whit in 30 minutes,we tried using the toilet, trying to close the door, we saw, that the door was broken and did not close,the screws were loosened. We tried reaching the property and they sed,that when they left the apartment,the door was fine and that we broke it. When we asked to fix the door,as we could not use the toilet, the man from the property sed,that it would be difficult,as it was the weekend. Which is strange, if this is your business,you should have these kind of people available at all times. The best case he could offer us,was maybe tomorrow. Also, when trying to have a shower that evening,the pipes did not work properly too, the water was not going down and you could not take a proper shower. I’m so glad,that I called booking.com customer’s service immediately, so they could not implement this on us. The customer service was amazing and they managed to get our money back from the property and we could get another appartment!

Nothing, i absolutely loved it

There were no soap for washing machine and dishwasher. Also the shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty. It would be great to have additional bedding as the were only 1 for 2 people… the conditionar worked veeery slowly, basically it was bery cold in the apartment all the time.
