Good location, nice roof terrace, upstairs AC VERY GOOD!

Otherwise OK, but there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Disgusting, can’t recommend. I believe the owner tried to do some kind of poisoning, but it didn’t help. Also: toaster didn’t work. Tv remote controller didn’t work (one battery was missing). Freezer completely frozen, unusable. Downstairs AC ages old, needs a quick renewal. Couldn’t locate a smoke detector anywhere from the apartment. Upstairs ceiling fan makes a screeking noise, can’t be used during night.

Good location, quite central and popular attractions were easily accessed. Plenty of storage space. Very well equipped with everything possibly needed. Bed very comfortable and great air con. Lovely sun trap terrace.

To be improved

Unaware of 58 spiral steps up to apartment, not suitable for some people especially having to carry heavy suitcase. Apartment needs freshen up, lick of paint and some deep cleaning would be good, it was quite dusty. Freezer door needs repaired and freezer defrosted.

“A gem in Malaga!”

The best

Fabulous, bright, quirky attic apartment with lovely terrace. Wonderful location just off Plaza de la Merced, less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Malaga. Amazing restaurant Arrebato next door.

To be improved

Lots of steps as usual in Spanish cities but these are bright, modern and safe, beautiful marble with a stainless steel handrail, and they smell delightful due to the diffusers on the landings. Only one set of keys and as we were a group of 3 a second set would have been useful.

“Handy Flat for stay in Malaga”

The best

Great appartment between Theatro Cervantes and the Mercede. So handy for central Malaga.Very quiet.With the added bonus of a patio.

To be improved

This is a fifth floor flat with no lift. Patio in evening spoiled a bit by the smell from the extractor fan from the rest down stairs

“Nice apartment with great terrace and fantastic location!”

The best

Location is fantastic, literally 30 meters from Teatro Cervantes. Apartment also has a nice terrace. Dante, apartments owner is really a nice guy and always ready to help!
